How should I care for my jewelry?
CLAY
Store polymer clay pieces in a jewelry box or hung up to avoid bending or scratching.
Be sure to remove your earrings before showering or swimming. Keep away from make-up and hair products.
To clean, use a q-tip dipped in alcohol, or wipe gently with a baby wipe.
LEATHER
Store leather earrings by hanging or lying on a flat surface, and away from makeup and hair products. If necessary, you can clean with a SLIGHTLY damp cloth. Water can distort the leather color, so use caution.
For flat earring styles* If your earrings get bent or curl slightly, cover with a towel and flatten with an iron on the lowest warm setting. Be careful to avoid the ear wires.
EAR WIRES AND JUMP RINGS
It is natural for metals to dull over time, due to exposure to air and elements. Use a soft microfiber or jewelry cloth to restore shine to your ear wires.

Shipping
USPS First Class Mail items usually arrive 3-5 business days after order is shipped. USPS Priority Mail items usually arrive 1-3 business days after order is shipped. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has shipped.
Are your earrings nickel free?
Yes! I strive to use all nickel free ear wires and posts. All posts are titanium, which is one of the skin-safe metals to use for jewelry. All ear wires are either gold plated, sterling silver, or gold filled. And nickel free, of course!
How can I make my order a gift?
If you would like to make your order a gift, just include a note at checkout in the "ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER" section. Your item will be sent without a receipt and a note card with any message you would like to include.
Can I request different earring components?
In most cases, yes. I offer complimentary hook changes on most styles. There may be an extra charge to upgrade to gold-filled. Simply add a note at checkout or email me at info@jennydrakedesigns.com and I'll do my best to accomodate your request.
What if I need to return an item?
I will strive to make sure you love everything about your purchase! Please contact me if you are unhappy for any reason, within 14 days of receiving, and we will work together to fix the situation.
Refunds are issued in the amount of your purchase (minus shipping charges) to the payment method you used at checkout. Email me at info@jennydrakedesigns.com if you have questions about a return, refund, or exchange and I'll be happy to help!
